250 g of spiced sprats
1 red onion (small)
A small amount of leek
2 tbsp of capers (small)
Chopped dill
Marinade:
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp of red wine vinegar
200 ml of olive oil
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
Sugar
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic (minced or chopped) and a little sugar together.
Chop the onion and the dill. Slice the leek and rinse the sprats. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour over the marinade.
Allow to stand for at least 1 hour to intensify the flavour. Particularly tasty with black bread.
