Baltic Premium Fish is a regional quality label aimed at informing consumers of the origin of the fish, boosting its reputation and appreciating the European sprat and Baltic herring as high-quality and tasty fish. There are long fishing traditions in the Baltic countries and today fishing is conducted in keeping with all nature conservation and environmental requirements. Fish in the wild, contemporary ships, sustainable and responsible trade as well as controlled quality allow us to provide the best raw material.
