10 spiced sprat fillets
1 tbsp of fresh dill (chopped)
1 tbsp of fresh chives (chopped)
1 tbsp of red onion (chopped)
1 boiled egg (grated)
A drop of oil
Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
To serve:
Crispbread
Finely chop all of the ingredients and mix together. Serve on the crispbread.
